The former Solid State metal band As Cities Burn will be doing a small tour starting in late July to celebrate the 10 year anniversay of their debut album, Son, I Loved You at Your Darkest.

The band announced the news via Facebook:

The nine-date tour spans four states, five of the dates being in California, and New Orleans, LA (their hometown) being the furthest east they play. Will there be more tour dates announced? According to the band, nope.

Son, I Loved You at Your Darkest was the band’s debut full-length album, released in 2005. They’d release two more albums, their most recent, 2009’s much less metal-tinged Hell or High Water being their last. The band would break up that same year.
