According to TMZ, former Korn drummer David Silveria was arrested for driving under the influence this past weekend. Silveria supposedly was pulled over and taken into custody Sunday morning (March 25) in Huntington Beach, CA.

Unfortunately nothing else is known about Silveria’s arrest at this moment. However, by now you’re likely asking yourself “Hey, where the hell has Silveria been these past couple of years?” Well, since leaving Korn in December of 2006, Silveria became less active in music in favor of running restaurants. However, it was revealed back in January that Silveria was teaming up with former members of the group Anyone in a new project called Infinika.

Silveria’s new project will supposedly release their debut album Echoes And Traces later this year. Infinika also claim that debut single will still premiere a new song on April 2 and that their Summer plans will not be effected by the drummer’s DUI . You can check out a promo video Infinika released back in January after the jump.

Update: Silveria has informed TMZ that he was not drunk and blew a 0.0 on the breathalyzer when was pulled over. He claims that he was arrested over a sleeping pill he took the night before.
