In a sad development, the bodies of the two Rocklahoma attendees that had been missing have been found in a submerged van in a river. Cody Parrick and Ben Babar had disappeared on Saturday, May 23rd. They’d been at the festival, but were supposed to show up for work later that evening. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that at around 7:30 yesterday (7), troopers were notified of a submerged vehicle at Lake Eufaula at the Onapa boat ramp in McIntosh County. The two were found inside the vehicle. The Mayes County Sheriff’s Office says that they believe that the deaths were accidental, and that it doesn’t appear that foul play was involved. Lake Eufaulua is about 75 miles from Pryor, where the festival was held. Their bodies have been turned over to the medical examiner’s office to determine their causes of death.
