Hatebreed_72dpiWe have some good and non-criminal news from Hatebreed and their follow-up album to their 2013 The Divinity of Purpose and it seems to be a solid one.

Hatebreed’s new album titled The Concrete Confessional is set to released on May 13 via their new label Nuclear Blast and will have great names behind its making like producer and longtime collaborator Chris “Zeuss” Harris and was mixed by Josh Wilbur. The artwork was created by Marcelo Vasco who’s done artwork for Machine Head and Slayer.

Frontman Jamey Jasta commented on Vasco’s artwork:

“I think da Vinci said it best when he said painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen. Marcelo was able to capture a feeling that will accompany our musical and lyrical vision and he put together a striking piece that speaks volumes.”

We are yet to hear any new songs from the new record but you can check out the tracklisting below and maybe you can catch a new tune during their next trek with DevilDriver, Devil You Know and Act of Defiance this spring, which you can also find dates at the bottom.

Black Metal enthusiast from Los Angeles who thought was a good idea to grab a camera and shoot underground shows for the hell of it. Pseudo-writer with little to no expectations of ever winning a Pulitzer but totally down to write about your unknown band if it's good to my ears. I enjoy long walks on the beach, deep conversation, holding hands and attending Satanic music shows every now and then.
