For those who loved Brian Posehn’s last comedy album that featured the anthem “Metal By Numbers”, then you’re about to get a second dose of metal-comedy. The comedian and co-star of The Sarah Silverman Program will release a new stand up album titled Fart and Wiener Jokes on April 27 via Relapse Records. The follow up to 2006’s Live In: Nerd Rage will feature clips from multiple shows during his past tour in 2009, as well as a new song called “More Metal Than You” and a cover of Kenny Rogers’ “The Gambler”.

Just like with “Metal By Numbers”, Posehn has acquired a pretty kick-ass roster of metal all-stars to perform on the new tracks. Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian and ex-White Zombie/The Cult drummer John Tempesta appear along side Posehn once again, while the album also includes contributions from Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta, Lamb Of God’s Mark Morton, and Steel Panther’s Russ Perish. Thanks to Posehn, metal and dick jokes have never before blended together better.
