The Smashing Pumpkins are marking the 30th anniversary of their iconic album, Siamese Dream, with a special pop-up event at Madame Zuzu’s in Highland Park, Illinois, in partnership with Tower Records. From September 14 to 17, fans can enjoy limited-edition merchandise in-store and online. The event culminates in two exclusive acoustic performances by the band on September 17, featuring Siamese Dream tracks. The second performance will be live-streamed for free on Veeps at 9 p.m. CT. Siamese Dream, released in 1993, reached four-times-platinum status, with its original release event at Tower Records in Chicago drawing thousands of fans and prompting a street closure. This nostalgic celebration takes place at Madame Zuzu’s, co-owned by Billy Corgan and Chloe Mendel, and Tower Records plans to support emerging artists in the future.
