Aquaman is a metalhead. Let’s let that sink in…sink in, I just got that… anyway. Jason Momoa posted his experience meeting Slayer on his Instagram account. In the post, Momoa pictured throwing horns with the band, says:

The actor instantly drew attention as the barbaric Khal Drogo on the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones and even after his untimely death Momoa’s star continued to rise. Now the star of Aquaman, Momoa has always talked about his love for metal and its influence on his craft. Last year he revealed he build his characters on metal songs as Tool served as an inspiration for his character in Aquaman.
