Just yesterday (12th), there were a total of 31 fatalities in the entire state of California due to the wildfires that have erupted throughout Northern and Southern parts of the state. The entire town of Paradise has been destroyed as 42 bodies have been found in or near the Northern area. Two additional deaths were found amid the destruction of the fires in Malibu. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like these fires will diminish anytime soon as CNN reports millions of people in Southern California will continue to face horrific conditions today (13th). 21 million people are currently under red flag warnings, including in Los Angeles and San Diego.

With that being said, many people are doing what they can to help which includes donating to Southern California Wildfire Relief fund, looking into the  Los Angeles county Animal Care Foundation, and more.

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl volunteered to help the firefighters by paying a visit at Fire Station 68 in Calabasas, CA last night. The singer prepped a BBQ meal for the SoCal firefighters as the station thanked Grohl via Instagram, stating:

“It was awesome to get a visit tonight from Dave Grohl of the @foofighters . He also treated us to some of his own @backbeatbbq . Thanks Dave! It was excellent!”

To shed more good news in light of this unfortunate disaster, Tool guitarist Adam Jones provided an update on his Malibu home expressing how lucky he is to see his property saved from the fire:

Helicopter footage of Malibu as of this morning* Korin & I were overjoyed to see that our home & property had indeed been saved 🙌🏼 My neighbors said the fires ran behind from the highway to the ocean during Friday night &  FD Ground & Air kicked total ass •Thank you👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 • Many homes on the opposite side of the highway are damaged or gone 😢 We are truly TRULY lucky”
