A special tribute concert will be held on December 6, 2025 at Monument 031 in Gothenburg to honor the late Tomas “Tompa” Lindberg, the legendary At The Gates frontman who passed away from cancer on September 16th. The event comes just weeks after the 30th anniversary of the 1995 classic, Slaughter of the Soul. Friends and peers of Dark Tranquillity, The Crown, and The Halo Effect, will perform in celebration of Tompa’s legacy. Organizers note that these are not full-set concerts, but a night for fans, friends, and family to gather and honor Tompa’s life and influence. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Cancerfonden and the Gardens of Grief fund established by Elis Markskog of Malmö Massacre. Donations can be made at this location.
