First we found out Sepultura makes wine, and now, Atreyu will have their own brew. The metalcore “pioneers” have teamed up with Noble Ale Works to create their new brand of beer and are calling it Atreyu Superhero DIPA with Orange Zest. We recently spoke to the group about inventions, and while frontman Alex Varkatzas did jokingly reveal he invented “the weekend,” we weren’t aware about their hazy 8.7% ale creation. To celebrate their fresh adult beverage, the group will have a release party held at Noble Ale Works Brewery in Anaheim, CA this Sunday (16th) to welcome the new drink.

Read the band’s statement below:

“What happens when an OC band teams up with an OC brewery? Atreyu Superhero DIPA WITH ORANGE ZEST 🍊 This beer is so badass it will leave all other brewery/band collabs in our wake.

Led by Citra and El Dorado, this hazy DIPA gives soft notes of lychee, tropical fruit, and butterfly kisses, while bright California navel oranges keep the party going. Event details below.
