Finland’s Apocalyptica are set to release a new single, “I’ll Get Through It,” this coming Friday (18th). The track boasts an appearance by the legendary Geezer Butler, bassist of the mighty Black Sabbath. Also featured is vocalist Franky Perez, who had previously recorded and toured with Apocalyptica. Perez will join Apocalyptica on the band’s 2022 North American tour. Apocalyptica’s “The Cell-0 Tour” of North America was originally to begin in May of 2020 before being moved back several times to early 2021, to late summer 2021, and then finally to April/May 2022, where it stands now. Support will be provided by Lacuna Coil. Apocalyptica’s latest studio album, Cell-0, came out in January 2020. The album was the band’s first fully instrumental record in 17 years.
