While Butcher Babies co-vocalist Carla Harvey and Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante have been dating for at least three years, the two have decided to finally go public. Butcher Babies seem to be taking a break from touring in support of their latest effort 2017’s Lilith as Anthrax have been supporting Slayer’s final tour as their recent show in New Zealand was cancelled following the aftermath of the terror attacks.
Harvey has joined Benante’s trip to Japan before their Download Festival appearance scheduled for this Thursday (21st) as the couple decided to share a few photos via Instagram. Harvey initiated the first reveal by sharing an image of the two last night (18th), stating:
“THANK YOU for always being there for me when I need you most. I love you @charbenante”
Earlier this morning (19th), Benante revealed the two are spending the day in Tokyo Disneyland.
