News of an Abigail Williams tour with Today is the Day came out last month, and we had a hunch a new album was on the way. Now comes word of the band’s fourth studio album, titled The Accuser, their first new offering since 2012’s Becoming.
The eight track album was recorded, mixed, and mastered at the band’s home studio in Olympia, Washington by vocalist and guitarist Ken Sorceron, who said the songs on The Accuser are, “the most personal to date with the themes mostly being about living shitty, addictions, sex, loss and failure all through the eyes of a nihilistic occultist shithead.”
The Accuser will be available this October 30th, once again through Candlelight Records. The release will be come after their 30-date tour with Today is the Day, which kicks off on September 11th.
