AntiMozdeBeast, the experimental industrial noise project of Gabriel Palacio, has kept himself busy this year with creating new music. The artist will release his new full-length effort, AntiMozdeBeast II, on October 16th. It will showcase a heavier industrial direction similar to the styles of Nine Inch Nails and Skinny Puppy. AntiMozdeBeast’s upcoming record marks his fourth official release from this year, following The Red River LP, The Crossroads EP, and The Political Beast, The Beast of War And The Antichrist, which all released earlier this year. In addition to experimental beats, AntiMozdeBeast II, will take you on a harrowing journey exploring subjects on the eternal self-struggle against religious structures, and more. Today (8th), AntiMozdeBeast has teamed up with Metal Insider to premiere the song “The Sky Unfurled.”

Gabriel comments:

“The lyrics on the Sky Unfurled were intended for a short book I was writing and wanted to publish. However, it seemed that I focus mainly on my music so have never gotten around to finishing the book. The vocals on the track are both harsh and spoken which to me brings out the true nature of the meaning of the track. When I completed the track, I felt like it had a touch of inspiration from the late and great Lou Reed. Some harsh metal screams with the spoken word of the beatnik generation. It’s meaning stems from me analyzing and questioning whether there is such a thing as a Societal Consciousness and how the existence of such a thing can hinder and restrain us from realizing our own true nature.”
