Between-the-Buried-and-Me-Coma-Ecliptic-620x620We’ve already heard “Memory Palace” and “The Coma Machine” off of Between The Buried And Me’s forthcoming Coma Ecliptic. Now the prog metal titans are offering another taste of their new album, and it’s gotten us even more excited for July 7.

This time, our buds at Metal Injection premiered the song “Famine Wolf”. Clocking in at under seven minutes, the song continues to find BTBAM channeling their rock opera influences, but still packs heavy riffs and the technicality we’ve come to expect from them. It’s proof that you can be theatrical and melodic without sacrificing brutality.

Stream “Famine Wolf” for yourself below. Coma Ecliptic comes out on July 7 via Metal Blade Records, though is now available for pre-order.
