Just yesterday (27th), Babymetal unveiled the new song “Pa Pa Ya!!” and today these J-Pop metallers have announced their overall third studio album Metal Galaxy will be released on October 11th via earMUSIC/Edel. The follow-up to 2016’s Metal Resistance will be the first record without Yuimetal as the band have released songs such as “Pa Pa Ya!!,” “Elevator Girl,” and “Starlight” since. 

Babymetal expressed their excitement on the new album:

“We’re excited to announce BABYMETAL’s third album, ‘Metal Galaxy’!! The album’s main theme is that BABYMETAL are on an odyssey to the Metal Galaxy and a different variety of songs are packed within the album. We are on an odyssey to the Metal Galaxy. Welcome to the world of BABYMETAL!!”
