It’s pretty amazing to think that in just over a month, we’ll have two full albums of Iron Maiden to digest. The Book of Souls will be released on September 4, and will be the band’s first-ever double album. We’re going to have to wait a while until we hear all of it, but the band today released a 30-second snippet of one of the songs. No vocals or anything, just solos on top of solos. It’s hard to judge two albums worth of material on 30 seconds worth of instrumental awesomeness, but we’re psyched to hear the rest of the song, not to mention the rest of the album.
