When Evan Seinfeld parted ways with Biohazard out of the blue back in June, many assumed he was giving up on music altogether. After all, he’s become more popular as of late (and probably making more money) for screwing in front of a camera than he has for screwing around in front of a mic. However, that seems not to be the case at all, as its been revealed that Seinfeld has joined the LA metal group Attika7 (formerly Attika) as their new frontman.
Attika7 was first formed in 2005 by guitarist Rusty Coones and also features ex-Static X/Soulfly bassist Tony Campos and Walls Of Jericho drummer Dustin Schoenhofer. Seinfeld will be making his debut with the group at Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood,California on November 10.
Last Saturday night (September 10), Seinfeld joined Down onstage during their show inAnaheim,CAand announced his new gig in Attika7. Video of this can be seen after the jump. While it’s unclear as to when the band may release new music with Seinfeld, you can listen to what they’ve recorded in the past with former singer Jay Rexx on their Reverbnation page.
