01) Ihsahn – “Twice Born”

Emperor frontman Ihsahn is set to release his eighth studio, self-titled record on February 16, 2024, via Candlelight. The album explores creative expressionism with two melodically interlinked versions: one metal and one fully symphonic. The second single, “Twice Born,” accompanied by a video filmed by Shaun Hodson at Loki Films, continues the conceptual narrative from the previous single, “Pilgrimage To Oblivion.” Ihsahn describes “Twice Born” as slightly more playful than its predecessor but maintains the interplay of screams, guitars, and orchestra.

Mick Mars, former Mötley Crüe guitarist, has unveiled “Right Side Of Wrong,” the second single from his upcoming solo album, The Other Side Of Mars, set to release on February 23, 2024, through Mick’s label 1313, LLC, in partnership with MRI. Exploring the theme of conflicting perspectives in interpersonal relationships, the song delves into the oxymoron of two minds both seeing their stance as right. 03) Amon Amarth – “Saxons and Vikings”
