06) Therion – “Nummo”

Swedish symphonic metal legends Therion have unleashed the final installment of the Leviathan trilogy, Leviathan III, via Napalm Records on December 15th. Alongside the album, Therion unveiled a lyric video for the fourth single, “Nummo.”

 

07) The Rods – “Play It Loud”

Iconic heavy metal trio The Rods are gearing up for their new album, Rattle The Cage, out January 12, 2024 via Massacre Records. The band has recently unveiled a music video for their latest single, “Play It Loud.” Guitarist and singer David “Rock” Feinstein expressed that the song, rooted in his musical history, pays homage to the tradition of playing rock ‘n’ roll loud.

 

08) Dust Bolt – “Disco Nnection”

German metal outfit Dust Bolt  are set to release their new studio album, Sound & Fury, on February 23, 2024, via AFM Records. The album promises to redefine the band’s sound for a new era. Alongside previously-released tracks like the title song and “Burning Pieces,” they have now shared a music video for their latest single “Disco Nnection.” Frontman Lenny B. shares that the song captures the essence of Munich’s nightclubs and pays homage to Freddie Mercury’s legacy. The fusion of disco and thrash, inspired by Quincy Jones’ work, adds a unique touch.

 

09) Kobra Paige – “Thank You”

Kobra and the Lotus singer Kobra Paige, has released a heartfelt music video for her new solo single, “Thank You,” in celebration of the holiday season and the spirit of giving. The video, funded by Factor, focuses on kindness and human connection. Paige’s personal experiences with mental health challenges inspired the song, emphasizing the profound impact of small acts of kindness. The singer aims to pay it forward by raising funds for Child Rescue Coalition, a nonprofit combating child trafficking and sexual abuse. “Thank You” is part of Paige’s debut solo album, Like No Other, set to release on April 5, 2024, produced by Grammy Award winner Brian Howes.

 

10) Super Monster Party – “Dance Dance Revolution (Till The Death)”

Florida’s Super Monster Party invites everyone to move around to their latest single, “Dance Dance Revolution (Till The Death).” Founded by Rei Sega, the band reimagines the lore of video game heroes and villains with a humorous and imaginative metal twist. The single, a response to a fan request to rework the infamous arcade game Dance Dance Revolution, was co-produced with Matt Laplant and features guests Hugo Lee and Oleh Andrievsky. The track is part of the upcoming EP Rage Quit, set for release in 2024.
