Last year, a former employee of Insane Clown Posse’s Psychopathic Records filed a lawsuit against the rapping duo. Andrea Pellegrini, who worked as a publicist and attorney for ICP, has alleged sexual harrasment, and the trial just got interesting. Now, according to the Detroit Free Press. her attorneys have subpoenaed Kid Rock and are asking him to produce a glass dildo given to him by an employee of the label. Pellegrini’s lawsuit alleges that another former employee of the label, “Dirty Dan” Diamond, attempted to give her the sex toy and when she refused it, he instead gave it to Rock. The subpoena is giving Rock 14 days to respond and come up with the dildo. As of Tuesday, Rock and his manager Lee Trink have yet to respond.

There are a  few teachable lessons from this:

1) If your bosses are a bunch of clowns, you can expect madcap shenanigans to go down.
2) If you work with someone named “Dirty Dan,” he probably has that name for a reason.
3) Kid Rock will always accept a glass dildo.
4) According to Pellegrini, the Gathering of the Juggalos, which started today, is “a living hell.”

Pellegrini, who is suing for wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress, was an employee of Psychopathic for three years. Three years is a long time to put up with conditions like the ones she alleges, and you’d also think that Pellegrini might have done a Google search on the duo before taking the job, where she’d find images like the one above, but it looks like it’s in the court’s hands now. And we’ll see if Kid Rock plays a part in that.
