Showing what clowns they truly are, ICP have reportedly done yet another idiotic thing, and are facing a lawsuit from an employee of their record label, Psychopathic Records, who is also an attorney. Would you give an attorney you worked with a sex toy? That’s one of many allegations made in the suit.
The band’s former attorney and publicist, Andrea Pellegrini, claims that she was fired after making complaints to the head of the label regarding inappropriate behavior directed at her from band members. Among being presented with dildos and other sex toys and being asked to obtain illegal weapons for the band for a photo shoot, she was also allegedly told that Violent J’s girlfriend Michelle Rapp might beat her up after she complained to the head of the label that she shot her a dirty look, TMZ reports.
Specifically, Pellegrini alleges that after she changed her Facebook status to “single,” Psychopathic employee “Dirty Dan” (probably not his real name) bought her a “clear dildo,” and later gave two other women in the office “vagina tighteners.” Dirty Dan is also accused of explaining the size of his man parts to Pellegrini and telling her what he would like to do to her with his self-assessed endowment.
Pelligrini is seeking compensation for the “fright and shock” and “horror, outrage and indignity” she experienced. On these terms alone, we are wondering how many people who have seen Insane Clown Posse perform or have just heard their music, may also have a case for experiencing the same abuse. Then again, if you’re working for Insane Clown Posse, you should probably assume that even though they’re running a corporation, it might not be the most professional work atmosphere.
