It’s always exciting to find out a good band is back in the studio, kind of like the feeling we got yesterday when hearing that Mastodon is wrapping up their album. That’s why today’s a good day indeed, as Converge drummer Ben Koller shared via Instagram that he was working on new music with guitarist Kurt Ballou. “Felt so grat to work on some new Converge jammers with uncle Kurt tonight,” he said. There’s not much to report, other than the fact that Ballou is wearing a sweet Vio-Lence shirt and that we can’t wait to hear new music from the band.
The band’s last album, All We Love We Leave Behind, was released in October of 2012.
