2) Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne has had a reputation as one of the hardest partiers out there even in Black Sabbath, which led to him being fired in 1979. His extremely successful solo career put him back in the spotlight, but it’s not like he was the most in-shape or coherent frontman, even though he always delivered. In 2003, just as The Osbournes was bringing him to an entire new generation of fans, Osbourne suffered an accident while driving around an ATV that left him near death. The then-54 year-old Osbourne broke a vertebrae in his neck, his collar bone, and eight ribs. He also suffered some short term memory loss at the time. The Prince of Darkness had a full recovery, and the following year, he rejoined Black Sabbath to headline Ozzfest.
