Metal Inside(r) Home Quarantine is Metal Insider’s new column during this time of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked artists five questions on what’s been keeping them busy ranging from their favorite movies, food they’ve been eating, music they’ve been listening to and more. We caught up with Kill Rob Bailey as he’s been spending this time focusing on work.

What have you been doing to pass time during Quarantine?

The only thing that really changed in my life was traveling. I did not have to quarantine or adjust anything in my normal life. But, since I have not been getting on airplanes, I’ve had a lot more time to train, specifically running.

Have you been listening to any music or have any playlists worth checking out?

There is one band that I always go back to no matter what, and they always seem to fit my mood. Devil Sold His Soul has been in my ears a lot recently.

A lot of people have been spending this time cooking including making their own bread, what food have you been prepping during this time?

I’ve seen a lot of people baking bread, including some of my employees and I’ve been a little bit jealous. With the time home I’ve had more of an opportunity to stay on top of juicing. Juicing is something that for a long time I was doing every day, but I feel like the clean-up is hard when you’re in a rush. I would like to take a shot at this bread baking competition I see everywhere though.

In terms of entertainment, what movies, TV shows, books, or games have been keeping you busy?

I really only consume entertainment on airplanes. Since I have not been flying, I haven’t really been watching anything. Now that I am in the office more, I’ve just had more work to do. And I love it.

What advice do you have for your fans in isolation during this time?

Don’t believe everything you see on the news. Don’t believe everything you see on social media. Think for yourself and ask questions.
