Metal Inside(r) Home Quarantine is Metal Insider’s new column during this time of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked artists five questions on what’s been keeping them busy ranging from their favorite movies, food they’ve been eating, music they’ve been listening to and more. We caught up with Endast guitarist Chris Arsenian as he’s been spending this time getting the band back together.

What have you been doing to pass time during Quarantine?

Endast getting back together has kept me pretty busy. It’s been a lot of fun getting back in touch with the guys on a creative level. These guys are brothers to me and it feels like we picked up right where we left off.

Have you been listening to any music or have any playlists worth checking out?

The new self-titled The Ghost Inside album Is straight fire. Every song is a banger. Love it.

A lot of people have been spending this time cooking including making their own bread, what food have you been prepping during this time?

Honestly, my wife is Portuguese and knows a thing or two about good food so I tend to do more of the eating then prepping. I for sure put on that quarantine ten everyone is talking about.

In terms of entertainment, what movies, TV shows, books, or games have been keeping you busy?

I’ve been watching a lot of documentaries lately. There is one I just started called ‘I’ll Be Gone In Dark’ that is about the Golden State Killer. Love it so far.

What advice do you have for your fans in isolation during this time?

Stay positive, call your friends and family and tell them you love them. Care about one another.
