Lamb of GodThe fans at Lamb of God’s Oakland, California show on November 9th might be the last crowd to see the band perform as a whole for a while. A family emergency has forced the band’s bassist, John Campbell, to leave the tour. As a result of the emergency, Lamb of God had to cancel this past Monday’s concert in Kent, Washington.

Matt Devries of Fear Factory has stepped in to help out the band, sitting in for Campbell for the first time this past Tuesday in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Devries will play three more shows in Canada through Saturday before returning to Fear Factory, who will support Megadeth on their “Killing Road” tour beginning the 23rd.

It seems like Lamb of God’s co-headlining tour with Killswitch Engage will continue with or without Campbell until its scheduled conclusion on the 26th in Silver Spring, Maryland.
