Last month, rumors started to spread that Devildriver were planning a tour with The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy and Dying Fetus. Now, according to Lambgoat, the four bands have been confirmed for the second annual Metal Alliance Tour (or the Metalliance Tour as it was known as last year).
An official announcement about the tour has yet to be made. According to Lambgoat, though, joining the four bands on the tour will reportedly be 3 Inches Of Blood and Impending Doom. And according to the image (as seen above) on its official website, the Metal Alliance tour will run from March 15 to April 21. Here’s a rundown of the dates that have been leaked so far:
3/17 St. Petersburg, FL @ State Theatre
3/22 Danvers, MA @ The Palace Ballroom
3/27 St. Paul, MN @ Station 4
4/6 Pomona, CA @ The Fox Theater
As Lambgoat points out, the Metal Alliance’s lineup this year is a pretty recognizable shift from last year (featuring Helmet, Saint Vitus and Crowbar). Nevertheless, this package will definitely please a lot of metal fans. More information about the tour, including a full itinerary of dates, will likely be revealed soon.
