Chad Gray will celebrate three decades of metal history with a sold-out special event, “30 Years of Madnesss,” on April 24 in Las Vegas. Due to demand, the show has been upgraded to the Fremont Country Club and will spotlight music from both Mudvayne and Hellyeah, marking Gray’s legacy with the two bands. The night will feature guest appearances from Marcus Rafferty (Mudvayne touring guitarist) and Christian Brady (Hellyeah guitarist), with Kami Kehoe opening the show. Framed as a one-night-only celebration, the event brings together fans who’ve followed Gray’s career since Mudvayne’s formation in 1996 and Hellyeah’s debut a decade later. Tickets available at this location.
Gray comments:
“Well Metal kids I figured that Backstage Bar and billiards would sell out and eventually we would move the show to the bigger room (Fremont Country club) next door. But before I went to bed on the day I announced the show? Didn’t see that coming but it did come and now it’s gone! … So now I can say with great confidence…that this thing is gonna sell the fuck out! Maybe before I go to bed tonight! There are no bigger rooms to move to so this is it Metal Kids. I am so Happy that I’m gonna have the opportunity to do this with all of you. All of me, all of you celebrating all of the songs from both bands. Pretty cool right? I just wanna say thank you in advance for giving me the opportunity to do this. You all have made my career happen and I love you more than I could ever express. But I’ll give it a shot on April 24th. Just a jam packed sweaty ass room with my Metal Family. What more is there? Let’s geaux!”
