Rainbow will celebrate the earliest and most influential years of their career with The Temple of the King 1975–1976, a comprehensive 9-CD box set arriving March 6, 2026, via Edsel Records. Newly mastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham, the collection marks the first installment in a planned anthology series chronicling the musical legacy of Ritchie Blackmore. Packaged in a deluxe 7-inch book-style set with a 24-page booklet, the box includes Rainbow’s first two landmark albums—Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow (1975) and Rising (1976)—along with three full 1976 German concerts previously available only in Japan.
