The album explores creative expressionism with two melodically interlinked versions: one metal and one fully symphonic. The second single, “Twice Born,” accompanied by a video filmed by Shaun Hodson at Loki Films, continues the conceptual narrative from the previous single, “Pilgrimage To Oblivion.” Ihsahn describes “Twice Born” as slightly more playful than its predecessor but maintains the interplay of screams, guitars, and orchestra.
