According to Hyro the Hero’s Instagram, the artist is apparently banned from Disney and none of us know why. Therefore, he is the next batch of artists who have been banned from performing on Disney property, which includes Ice Nine Kills, Cannibal Corpse, Machine Head, Every Time I Die, Cattle Decapitation, Warbringer, letlive, Skeletonwitch, Exodus, Thy Art is Murder, Coheed and Cambria, and we’re sure many more. Guess we should say, welcome to the club?
Hyro the Hero is scheduled to join forces with Nonpoint for their fall tour with Madame Mayhem. The fall trek kicks off on September 18th and will run through October 11th. The date in question is for their stop on September 27th in Orlando, Florida at the House of Blues. If you look at the venue’s website, it lists bands Nonpoint, Madame Mayhem, and Zero Theorem.
Hyro Hero shared an image via Social Media with text reading:
“So I just found out Disney Won’t allow me to perform at The House of Blues in Orlando on our tour with Nonpoint. Y’all have any idea why they singled me out?”
Hyro left the following comment:
“Kind of sucks I was hoping to start a pit with #Mickeyduring my set. I know @nonpointband gonna kill it anyway tho 🙌. And at least I’m in good company with @ice9kills now.#Disney
#NowIcanNeverWaveTheDisneyWandForACommercial😢”
This is rather odd as we’ve seen Hyro perform live before. We also spoke to him about his return and his love for mixing different styles of music together.
