Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
It flummoxes me sometimes how fast summer seems to go by. Where I live kids are already back in school and college students are moving in. In just sixteen days we’ll enter September, and while Labor Day weekend is usually considered the last hurrah of the summer, August always ends up feeling like the Sunday of months: you want to get out and enjoy things before summer is over but you’re always aware that September and fall are looming in the background. Nothing against fall, obviously, especially since now we know we’re getting a
new Converge album in November.
