Life is a mystery. It can make you feel like someone placed a hex on you or as though someone intentionally pulled your plug. With that said, it looks like Murphy’s Law is in full gear for the California metalcore act Volumes. Things haven’t been going well for them during their tour with Born Of Osiris. Recently bassist Raad Soudani thought he sprained his ankle, which turned out to be a broken leg.
However, this hasn’t stopped them from touring as Soudani was seen performing while sitting in a wheelchair:
“Sprained my ankle! $hit hurts!! Still can rock a fur coat and wheelchair like a mofo. #Ouch UPDATE: It’s BROKEN!”
Broke my fibula! Holy $hit. Never broke a bone in my life. pic.twitter.com/0mrkPz3bOb

However, this wasn’t the first and probably not the last incident since during the beginning of their tour vocalist Myke Terry had a sheet of glass fall into his eye. And even back then, Terry stated the following:
“Would it really be a Volumes’ tour if someone didn’t get sent to he hospital?!? Guess it’s my turn. ”
Volumes have a long way to go before their tour concludes. Hopefully, it will be a smooth and successful run.
