Holy hell, how about a hand for Sabaton, eh? It’s always satisfying to see bands that have long been in the game reach a high point such as this one. Granted, the band is hitting #1 and #2 in Europe, but them hitting the top 20 over here might as well be considered equivalent. I guess it’s not all that surprising considering their previous album cover depicted a Nazi getting punched in the face, and Americans tend to eat that shit up. Skillet also continue to stay in the top 20 in their third week, and Metallica’s “Hardwired” is the top-selling metal digital single in addition to selling another 5,700 copies of The Black Album.
