Man, Two Minutes to Late Night needs to become a real show. It’s been about a year (June, actually) since the fake late night variety show from Mrs. Woman productions aired it’s 22 minute pilot, and they’ve been steadily putting out material since, from Misfits carpool karaoke to a comedy show in a mosh pit, it’s metal-centric, fun and funny. Better yet, Mutoid Man is the house band of the project, which we’ve seen in the pilot episode and bonus footage of them playing Tom Jones’ “She’s A Lady” on a subway. Now the band are back again, this time with High Waisted’s Jessica Louise Dye, to cover Elvis Presley’s “Suspicious Minds” at Saint Vitus.

It’s more straight-ahead than what we’ve come to expect from the show, but it’s still a fun, cool, different thing for both bands. Mutoid Man have a new album coming out sometime semi-shortly.
