Fire in the Mountains Festival is returning in 2025 with a new location. The festival, which focuses on connecting with nature through music, art, and education, will take place from July 25-27 at Red Eagle Campground on Blackfeet Nation tribal land near Browning, Montana. The experience offers wilderness camping and live performances set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. The first wave of artists include Wardruna, Blood Incantation, Hexvessel, Steve Von Till, Pan-Amerikan Native Front, and Majesties.
In collaboration with the Blackfeet Nation, Fire in the Mountains will also be the first heavy music festival of its kind to be alcohol-free. More artists will be announced soon. Tickets are available at this location.
Festival Director Jeremy Walker comments:
“We are proud to create a truly special experience at Fire in the Mountains alongside Wardruna. We started FITM nine years ago with the dream of bringing Wardruna to play at the festival in front of the Rocky Mountains. Our dream will finally be realized next year in 2025, ten years later, but now with a much deeper purpose and a much greater impact than we ever could have imagined. Fire in the Mountains 2025, at the Red Eagle Campground on the Blackfeet Nation, will be an event without alcohol. This decision was made with respect to the wishes of our hosts and to unify under the banner of suicide prevention and mental health, and it is a decision we have become deeply aligned with.”
