North Carolina eclectic doom offering Aittala have teamed up with Metal Insider to premiere the lyric video for their latest single, “Ever After.” The track is taken from their latest EP Ill-Gotten Gains, which was released in November via Exitus Stratagem Records. The track brings a melodic, introspective contrast to the EP’s heavier themes, exploring inner conflict and the search for redemption through a blend of modern metal infused with atmospheric elements. The premiere also arrives with news of a lineup update as Aittala have welcomed new bassist Dane Taylor, joining Eric Aittala (guitars/vocals) and drummer Gary “Zeus” Smith to the fold.
