With the October 14th release of The Dillinger Escape Plan’s final album, Dissociation, the band are slowly revealing a bit more of the album. “Limerent Death,” which leads off the album is a typically frenetic banger of a song, and was pretty much the best way to process the sad news that they were breaking up that they dropped on us a few days later. Now, with the album less than three weeks away, the band have given us another track, “Symptom of Terminal Illness.” It’s a little more restrained than the first track, and is more on the Faith No More-worshipping side of the band. You may have already gotten to hear the track when it was leaked a bit early a few weeks ago,  but if you haven’t, you’ll enjoy it if you’re a fan of FNM or TDEP.

Dissociation will be out on October 14th via Party Smasher Inc. and can be prerordered here.
