We’ll have to wait till June to hear Queens Of The Stone Age’s new album, … Like Clockwork, in its entirety. However, during their performance at Lollapalooza Brazil last night (March 30), Josh Homme and the crew treated fans to a new song called “My God Is The Sun.” And thankfully, professionally filmed footage of the song’s live debut has made its way online. Let’s just say that if you’re a fan of Songs For The Deaf, the new song won’t disappoint (and given that Dave Grohl is back on drums for this new record, that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise). Check out the live clip above to get a taste of the new Queens Of A Stone Age for yourself.
UPDATE: Want to see Queens Of The Stone Age’s full set at the Brazilian edition of Lollapalooza? Then you’re in luck, as professional filmed footage of the band’s full set (with ex-The Mars Volta drummer Jon Theodore, which seems to insinuate that he has joined the band permanently) can be seen below.
