Operatic black metal outfit Folterkammer brings a unique twist to holiday festivities with their unconventional shopping spree. Diverging from the typical holiday shopping scene in NYC, band members Andromeda Anarchia, Zac Ezrin, and Brendan McGowan opted for an XXX-mas excursion at the renowned Purple Passion Sex Shop. The trio now shares their intricate finds in a spicy “What’s in My Bag” feature, viewable in a NSFW video. These finds could be the gift that keeps giving in orgasmic ways, a perfectly timed treat for couples during this holiday season. Give Holiday Cheer a whole new NSFW meaning!

In case you missed it, Folterkammer recently announced signing with Century Media Records. They introduced this partnership with the release of a BDSM-inspired single, “Das Peitschengedicht,” celebrating the empowerment of whip-wielding Femdoms. The track, accompanied by a lyric video created by drummer and video director Brendan McGowan, previews their upcoming album—a counterpart to their 2020 debut, Die Lederpredigt. 

Andromeda Anarchia commented:

“This song is our kinky ode to the whip as a torture instrument, and a celebratory hymn to the practices of BDSM, particularly, Femdom. The whip, a symbol of domination, pain and humiliation, is described here not only as playful and kinky, but as a poetic enactment of pain through the depiction of female ferocity on a submissive man, whose back the Domme uses like a canvas. It is about this sensual overdrive of stimulation and literally describes the lustful use of a whip as a kind of ‘calligraphy brush’ to write a poem.
