The best way to respond to slander is by proving the opposite with more than just saying it and Gift Giver knows this very well. A few weeks ago, the hardcore band was under scrutiny after their now ex-bassist Troy Wilson, who is gay, quit the band, claiming the rest of the group were homophobes. Wilson announced the split as follows:

“I’m officially out of Gift Giver guys! They are such shitty people that I left them on a side of a highway in a foreign country! The last thing Nick, their fat fuck guitarist said before I started walking was, ‘have fun getting fucked up the ass in Canada, you faggot’.

“Fuck homophobes, fuck Gift Giver.”

The band responded the accusations, denying Wilson’s claims and stated:

The fact that we are being called “homophobic” is outrageous honestly. Gift Giver has never been, and never will be “homophobic”. In fact, if we were homophobes- we never would have had a homosexual join into our band. Plain and simple. When we first met Troy last summer, we even attended a pride festival in Denver, CO together.

In conclusion, we want to thank anyone who continues to support us as a band, and is wise enough to not believe everything on the Internet.

If you guys still want to believe we are homophobes, wait until we drop our next video!

Now, the video they were talking about is here and it proves that they don’t have a problem with homosexuality, or at least with lesbians. Gift Giver teamed up with adult site BurningAngel to produce and release their latest NSFW video “Hell Hound” which is exactly like you would expect from a porn site.

The band declared:

“We wanted to release the video on BurningAngel to contribute to a badass website,” says the band. “Jessie Lee sparked the idea with us when we met in California this past spring. We’ve never heard of another band doing something like this and it seemed like an awesome opportunity to share our love for babes and heavy music!”

“This exclusive release is really exciting, and I know our fans will truly appreciate it,” says Joanna Angel, founder of BurningAngel.com. “Music and punk-metal culture has always been an important part of Burning Angel and this fusion of hardcore girl-girl sex and an aggressive song is a match made in metal heaven.”

Again, this is NSFW so click at your own risk and make sure your boss isn’t sneaking behind you or doing…something else behind you. Have fun!
