Lamb of Grohl? Corrosion of Daveandrandy? Nope, what we’ve got here is “Hung Out to Dry,” the first track from the all-star band Teenage Time Killers album. The long-in-the-works album is a project  started by Corrosion of Conformity drummer/singer Reed Mullin and guitarist Mick Murphy of My Ruin and The Birds of Satan, along with John “Lou” Lousteau. For “Hung Out to Dry,” Dave Grohl is playing bass as opposed to drumming or singing, leaving the screaming to Randy Blythe, who does an admirable job. The 2 minute-long track splits the difference between hardcore and punk, and is in and out before you even notice how rad it is.
