KoRn premiere “Black Is The Soul” music video

Posted by on June 6, 2017

Yesterday (5), we noticed a teaser clip for a video on KoRn’s Instagram along with the announcement about their change in management. Today, the group unveiled the full video which turned out to be a music video for “Black Is The Soul,” taken from 2016’s The Serenity of Suffering.

Jonathan Davis shared his thoughts on the video via Noisey:

“‘Black Is The Soul’ is a song about being pulled away from the right path and the video reflects that experience of trying to navigate those conflicting emotions.”

Guitarist James “Munky Shaffer added:

“I feel that this songwriting and production paired with the aesthetic look of the video shows a maturity and growth from the band that is continually evolving.”

KoRn are less than two weeks away until they hit the road with Stone Sour, Babymetal and more. At this time, we can only hope there won’t be any further cancellations due to “unforeseen circumstances
