Bay Area’s Sadus are back with their first album in sixteen years, The Shadow Inside, out November 17th via Nuclear Blast. These thrashers have recently announced their official comeback since their 2017 reunion. The band has been working on this record, crafting it at their own pace, uninfluenced by outside trends. Recently completed under the guidance of producer Juan Urteaga (known for his work with Exodus, Testament, and Machine Head) at Trident Studios, The Shadow Inside promises to be a contemporary thrash classic, filled with colossal riffs, breakneck rhythms, and scorching solos. The album features artwork by acclaimed artist Travis Smith (known for his work with Fleshgod Apocalypse and Opeth), making it a must-listen for fans who have eagerly awaited Sadus’ return. The first single, “It’s The Sickness,” was unleashed last year, and now, in case you missed it, the band has revealed the next track, “Ride The Knife,” accompanied by a lyric video.

Founding vocalist/guitarist Darren Travis commented:

“I am giddy with excitement for this album to be unleashed upon the world. With the help of the entire Nuclear Blast team, we will bestow a hugely anticipated release of The Shadow Inside!! THANK YOU for your interest in our little band for all these years. I hope you will find the same release of excitement that WE DO!! The love of METAL is the only reason for SADUS!! Thank you ALL for the undying SUPPORT!!!! Fucking SADUS!!”
