Since the release of their second album, II: This Time It’s Personal, Periphery have kept busy. A lot of that time has been taken up by touring, but the surprise release earlier this year of the EP Clear showed that the band is still creatively firing on all cylinders. The EP came even as the band continued to work on their third album, Juggernaut, and judging from a post on Instagram, the band is making plenty of progress on their third full length. “A little peek at what I have going on down in the dungeon,” vocalist Spencer Sotelo said on his Instagram account. The album is expected to be officially recorded later this year, and looks to be a concept album. So far, the concept seems to be that the album is awesome.
