The holidays usually turn into a wasteland of Christmas music and best-of albums. That’s not the case at Sumerian Records, who today unveiled a new song from Christian metalcore band I The Breather. “The Setting Sun” sounds like vintage Sumeriancore, djenty and heavy, with some pretty rad syncopation and some subtle electronics. This is presumably the first single from their just-announced album, so if you’re a fan, then Christmas just came a little early.
