Hardcore legends Biohazard have announced Divided We Fall, their first studio album in over ten years, scheduled to arrive on October 17 via BLKIIBLK. Reuniting the original lineup, the album was produced by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed, Deftones) and promises to deliver a fierce mix of hardcore, metal, and groove. The band has shared a video for the second single “Fk the System.” To support the release, Biohazard will hit the road this fall on the Divided We Fall Tour, joined by Onyx, Bayway, and Swollen Teeth.
Billy Graziadei (vocals/guitar) comments on the single:
“‘F**k the System’ is BIOHAZARD calling it like it is. The powers that be have us at odds and beefin’ with each other while they sit back and cash in. It’s no accident the world’s burnin’ in front of our eyes. It’s all divide and control – while they keep us divided by politics, class, race, all of it, and have us out here fighting each other, they’re pulling the strings. ‘F**k the System’ is our war cry about the state of the world with no sugarcoated bullshit.”
On the album, Bobby Hambel (guitar) states:
“We are really excited to finally have the classic BIOHAZARD lineup back together in the studio. This album has been a long time coming, and the record is straight from our hearts – we can’t wait for everybody to hear it, and to head out and play these new songs live. See you out there!”
About the tour, Evan Seinfeld (vocals/bass) adds:
“Judgement Night. The script writes itself. BIOHAZARD is excited to announce our first headlining tour of the U.S. in more than a decade, celebrating our 30-plus year history with Onyx, two of the most hardcore entities in our respective genres. Bayway are killing it, reminiscent of BIOHAZARD’s early rise, and Swollen Teeth bring an entirely different element of heaviness to captivate crowds and evolve our scene. This is going to be a tribal ceremony and a place to release your negative energy in a positive way – see you in the pit!”
