The ship sets sail on February 4th from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, traverses the sea to a currently undisclosed location, and returns to on the 8th, one sweaty, four day music festival later. Prices start at the low, and very metal, price of $666, and can reach up to $3333

It’s always been a dream of mine to attend this cruise, because let’s be honest here, there aren’t many better scenarios that leaving behind a Pittsburgh winter for four days of Caribbean sun and heavy metal.

Added after this was posted:

Children of Bodom
Moonspell
Turisas

They also announced that the mystery location was Falmouth, Jamaica, and that we were getting the next batch of 10 next week!

“We all had so much fun in Jamaica last year that we decided to go back… but it wouldn’t be 70000TONS OF METAL if we simply sail to the same destination. Our port call in 2016 will be Falmouth, Jamaica offering a wider range of shore excursions then ever before!

We will resume this game next week, with the next 10 artists scheduled to appear on 70000TONS OF METAL 2016, The Original, The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise!”
