Regardless of anyone’s opinion, A Perfect Circle will continue to enforce their no-photo policy. Obviously, it’s difficult to implement during festival season, which we saw from last weekend’s Coachella performance. However, it appears they have the ability to eliminate leaked footage streamed online (or best to their capacity).
Just yesterday (18th), we were happy to watch the band’s entire Coachella performance that a fan managed to shoot 4k footage from his/her cell phone. However, just maybe we were excited a bit too soon. The video has since been removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim from the Los Angeles, CA law firm King, Holmes Paterno & Berliner LLP. We can only assume A Perfect Circle had something to do with it but, we can’t fully confirm it either. In the meantime, APC’s new album Eat The Elephant will finally be released tomorrow (20th) and you can place your order here.
